Winter Solstice and Full Moon

I seem to be doing my best paintings during a full moon and in this case, the winter solstice. The background on this put up a fight, but I prevailed by using entirely new methods to achieve the effect. The collaged dots add to the energy across the surface, and the rest of the details follow the patterns of previous work.
