Creativity works in funny ways. I was looking for a small picture to twin with a photo. In looking at an oil painting, I decided that the best picture was inside from all 4 sides. After cutting off the extraneous bits, I shoved them together on the table. I then realized those 4 pieces would work well surrounding this yellow still life photo. I like both pieces together as this diptych.
